Nucor Steel plants their roots in Lexington, NC

Nucor is North America's most sustainable steel and steel products company and recently hosted a ground breaking ceremony at their new facility in Lexington, NC and we were there to document this important event for this new corporate client of Micciche Corporate Photography.

Nucor is currently building a cutting edge steel mill here in Lexington, NC which is in Davidson County and they are very excited about this project. The event was well attended by the leadership team, future employees and local and state officials including our Governor Roy Cooper.

We arrived that morning to prep for the event and also capture some b-roll footage of the site and surrounding areas for the client to use moving forward. We also provided same day edit and photo delivery for immediate PR and social media posts to help promote the event and the companies growth in NC.

Once the stage presentation was complete we then organized some VIP formal photos in front of the ground breaking shovel box. We captured that within 20 minutes or so and then concluded the event coverage with a tour of the construction site and had an opportunity to photograph some interesting wide angle shots as the coach bus drove us around the perimeter of the job site.

We have served NC since 2004 and appreciate Nucor contacting our studio for this important event.
