Special Collaboration with Greensboro Vendors

I was asked to document a special VIP dinner a few weeks back which was a multi course dinner menu. My goal was to focus on the décor and plating of the menu and it was a success. I arrived about thirty minutes before the guests were to arrive in order to capture the intricate tablescape and then be ready for the first course to be prepared and plated.

I worked closely with the house manager on this project as well as 1618 On Location who is the premier catering company here in Greensboro and Replacements, Ltd who provided all the fine china and table décor for the dinner party. The attention to detail was impeccable when setting up and I was able to use a variety of lenses to capture the interesting angles of the table and food.

The chefs were able to make a separate plate of each course for me to take my time and photograph each one in order to showcase the china and of course the food as well. The final images were then provided to these vendors for marketing and future private dinner party promotions here in Greensboro and the surrounding areas of NC. I continue to serve the Triad area of NC with all things corporate and commercial along with special event coverage.
